Divorce Services

The word “divorce” brings to mind many emotions and reactions.  No two people experience divorce the same way, and Oster Law Office recognizes the uniqueness of each case.
A divorce or dissolution of marriage is a legal proceeding to dissolve a marriage. Divorces can, and usually do, involve a division of property and debts, child custody/visitation, child support, and spousal support.
In some cases, both parties may be in agreement and there is no dispute concerning property or children; however, in other cases this does not happen.  When the parties do not agree it is an excellent idea for each of them to consult an attorney.

Since divorce restructures the family unit, issues such as residential responsibility (formerly known as custody), parenting time (formerly known as visitation), child support, children's health insurance, daycare expenses, or other child-related issues may not only add complexity to the case but may also make the case far more emotional. Oster Law Office will help guide you through all aspects of your divorce.
