Julie Oster

Julie A. Oster is a family law Attorney who opened her own law firm specializing in Family Law and Domestic Relations in June 2009. She is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Practice (family Facilitative/Hybrid) and a Qualified Neutral and Family Mediator on the North Dakota Statewide ADR Neutral Roster. Julie is also a Parenting Coordinator, a Parenting Investigator, and a Guardian ad Litem.

Anna Wischer

Anna Wischer is an Associate Attorney with our office.  She focuses her practice on Family Law, including divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, child and spousal support, and property division.  Anna has additional experience with juvenile law, including deprivation and termination of parental rights proceedings. 

Anna lives in Fargo with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle.
