Parenting Coordinator

Julie A. Oster is a Parenting Coordinator under the North Dakota Statewide Parenting Coordinator Roster for the East Central Judicial District. She has met the qualifications and educational requirements under Rule 8.6 and Rule 8.7.

A parenting coordinator is used to supervise continuing issues in child custody and visitation cases assigned by the court. Parenting coordinators are neutral and meet with both parties regularly to obtain questions and issues about the parties parenting with the child and makes recommendations that are required for parents to follow. Parenting coordinators may later testify in court about the non-compliance or issues of parents that may arise.
