If you have been involved in domestic violence, either as a victim or as an alleged perpetrator of domestic violence, you should contact an attorney because domestic violence issues may have a significant impact on parenting time (formerly known as visitation) and primary residential responsibility (formerly known as custody).

The Rape and Abuse Crisis Center (RACC)  of Fargo-Moorhead is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and counseling services free of charge to all persons affected by domestic violence or sexual abuse, and to provide education and prevention programs to end personal violence in society.
